Parents of Transgender Students

This group exists in partnership with PFlag Fort Collins to support any parents that have a child in the transgender community. We meet to discuss faith and other trans-related topics and provide support for parents and allies. For more information about Northern Colorado Christian Ministries' perspective on LGBTQ issues, please click here.

"I am so very grateful for the work Amy and Matt are doing to help parents of transgender kids. Their approach is all about love and acceptance. Their honesty and earnestness are inspiring. They are wonderful role models for what it means to be a truly loving parent who has the best interests of their child--rather than their own fears or pride--as their top priority. Being part of the support group helped me see things from different perspectives and gave me courage and hope. Now I know I’m not alone in this journey, and neither is my child." -Linda

Meetings are every week. For meeting details, please email Amy Maiberger at amy@nocoministries.org or call 970-282-0888.
